I came to Benchmark PT looking for relief from on going Vertigo and they provided excellent results! I’ve seen Morgan on several occasions and also worked with Alex and my symptoms have improved. I would highly recommend to others with similar issues! They were always very prompt upon arrival and Maddie at the check in counter was always upbeat and helpful! Thanks for everything!!

The staff at Benchmark PT on Lakeshore treat you like family. They are extremely knowledgeable and design therapy sessions that are customized to your specific needs. Although I was happy to feel better, I was sad when I finished my final session. I miss them!

I absolutely love this place! I actually looked forward to going to therapy every single day. The staff was excellent and welcomed me with open arms from the very beginning. They made the effort to know each patient by name, which really meant a lot to me and made me feel valued. Mitch was my therapist, and he was the best! He was knowledgeable, attentive, and always made sure I was comfortable while pushing me to improve. He’s not only skilled in what he does, but he also has a caring personality that makes the process enjoyable. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of physical therapy you’ll be in great hands

Great experience! Mitchell Rouse helped me with right knee arthroplasty rehabilitation and I completed with 120 degree flexion in 8 weeks. Very professional and personable team and I will definitely go back for any future Physical Therapy needs. I give them my highest recommendation.

I had a great experience overall and couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Every day I came in, I was greeted with kindness, professionalism, and a positive attitude from the entire staff. They truly made the process enjoyable and motivating. I especially want to recognize Mitch and Kevin, who worked closely with me throughout my therapy. They were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging, and they made sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. While I don’t know everyone’s name, I want to say that the entire team was outstanding. The environment was welcoming, respectful, and supportive from start to finish. I highly recommend this physical therapy clinic to anyone looking for quality care and genuine people who truly care about their patients.
